If you don’t pay attention to your customer, clients, and patients, they will be “up in your face” with their attitude.
Everyone walks around with a veritable recording studio in their pocket or purse: the modern smartphone. Videos can be recorded, audios can quickly be recorded and uploaded, and everyone knows that photos are sent around the world in a flash (no pun intended).
